- morning: 3 hours lesson.

- afternoon: seminar with a local chef and preparing a local dish

Topic 2* :DISCOVER THE WINE AND WATER OF CAMARGUE

- morning: 3 hours lessons

- afternoon: visit to the Source Perrier and wine tasting at local vineyards.

Sunday
- morning: 3 hours lesson

- afternoon: seminar with a local sommelier
